Jan Konn, President
Since the inception of teksoft ventures, Jan Konn has set the strategy and directed the growth of the firm and today serves as the President.
Jan has over 27 years of broad-based experience, with emphasis in finance, software sales and support, consulting, management and education. She holds a BS Degree in Business and Psychology from Elmhurst College and an MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management.
Jan has extensive experience working with three ERP solutions: Computer Associates(CA-PRMS), BAAN (Triton) and SAP (R/3-ECC). She has thirteen years of strong SAP experience in the FI/CO functional areas as well as vast integration knowledge. Her background includes full-cycle implementations as a consultant, configuring numerous areas within the R/3 and ECC systems. Other projects include hundreds of project team training engagements as well as many end user training engagements serving in a Project Management capacity.
Previous employers include: a division of Pepsi-Co, Pansophic Systems, Computer Associates, BAAN and SAP Americas.
She lives in Naples, Florida with her husband, Bill Konn, and her two dogs: Spooner and Ziggy Mon. She is very happy she no longer has to shovel snow.
Gary Riemersma, Vice President of Sales and Operations
With over 25 years of Sales, Operations, and Management experience, Gary joined teksoft ventures in 2002. Gary's role at teksoft includes client management, business development, and recruiting.
Gary spent 20+ years with Dun and Bradstreet, with responsibilities including National Account Management, Customer Service, Sales Management and Sales Training (including Sales Force Automation on the Siebel application). He holds a BS Degree in Business Economics from Benedictine University.
Although Gary is justifiably proud of the work the teksoft professionals have performed for our clients, his major professional goal remains unfulfilled - he can't get a laugh out of the Finance ("FICO") professionals he works with.
Diana Friedman, Vice President of SAP Education Services
Diana has over 26 years of extensive Finance business experience covering the areas from Invoice entry to Global consolidations, with over 10 years of SAP experience, including system configuration, project management, project team training and end user training.
Diana has successfully managed Global SAP implementation & upgrade projects as well as end user training projects for a variety of customers. Diana & her team have developed customized education materials and delivered end user training covering all aspects & modules of SAP. From an implementation perspective Diana has led & been involved in system design, blueprinting, system configuration and testing, and conversions.
In addition to SAP system experience, Diana has extensive experience with other computer systems like, Dun & Bradstreet, GEAC, AS400, and Computer Associates.
Diana is Six Sigma Green Belt Certified and has been fully trained in the Principles of Accountable Leadership.
Diana unfortunately still lives in a winter snow filled area, but luckily either her husband Joel or one of her two sons, Steve or Scott get stuck with the snow shovel. Being one of the FICO professionals in the group, she still doesn't understand why Gary thinks he is so funny.
