Major Key Deliverables:
- Month 1: Train project team (level one-overview), assign internal training resources
- Months 2 and 3: Create strategy document, create standards document, InfoPak (BPP positioning), train project team (level two-concepts for each module that will be implemented).
- Months 3 and 4: Development of Overviews and Process Overviews – define high level, role-based courses and content based on BPML – Strategy Preparation
- Months 5 - 10: Train project team (level 3 configuration), Role-based curricula development
- Month 9: Complete training client environment
- Months 10 and 11: Deliver Project Team Education (6 weeks)
